Residetape of Montreuil
The accommodations
The studios of this Résidétape offer a surface area of 20m² to 60m². The decoration is sober and combines practicality and elegance. Carefully chosen, the furniture is multifunction and the storage area are tailor-made to optimize your living space. We have thought about everything: dishes, bedding sheets, household appliances… All you need to do is to settle in!
At Résidétape, you pay an all-inclusive fee covering your rent as well as all utility bills (water, electricity, heating, …). At the residence of Montreuil, this fee depends on the flat type:
- From 605€ to 645€ for studios
- 686€ for two-room apartments
- 728€ for three-room apartments
Depending on your situation, you will be able to apply for personalised housing benefits (French “APL”). The amount you will get depends on your income. Our flats are primarily allocated to applicants sponsored by our partners: mainly the national government, the city council, and Action Logement.

The Résidétape is located in an urban and commercial area in the heart of Montreuil. You can easily access numerous shops and facilities. You are also close to La Grande Porte shopping centre.
The district is well-served by public transport. The metro station (line 9) Croix-de-Chavaux is a few steps away from the residence, you can reach Paris in less than 10 minutes.
The residence
The Résidétape of Montreuil offers 33 flats from studios to 3-room flats, fully furnished and equipped. A shared common space, the Open space, is at your disposal to work, study, relax or meet your neighbours, along with a nice garden where vegetables are grown by and for the residents. You can benefit from handy services such as a launderette 7 days a week, a stroller storage and a WIFI access with a preferential rate. You are also welcome to subscribe with a different provider.
