Résidétape of Paris

The 55 apartments of this Résidétape offer a surface area of 16m² to 28m². The decoration is sober and combines practicality and elegance. Carefully chosen, the furniture is multifunction and the storage areas are tailor-made to optimize your living space. We have thought about everything: tableware, bedding sheets, household appliances… All you need to do is to settle in!

At Résidétape, you pay an all-inclusive fee covering your rent as well as all utility bills : water, electricity, heating…

At the residence of Paris, this fee depends on the flat type: 
•    From 498€ to 586€ for studios
•    579€ for one-bedroom flats

Depending on your situation, you will be able to apply for personalised housing benefits (French “APL”). The amount you will get depends on your income. Our flats are primarily allocated to applicants sponsored by our partners: mainly the Government, the City council, and Action Logement, an organization that provides financing in the housing sector, in particular the housing of employees.

Located in the heart of the 19th “arrondissement”, the Résidétape is in a lively area of Paris, rich in shops and close to places of interest such as the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (a 10 minutes walk from the residence) or the Bassin de la Villette (5 minutes away).
Public transportation is excellent around: 4 metro lines are accessible within a 5-minute walk (lines 5, 7, 2 and 7bis). Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations are less than 15 minutes away from the residence by metro.
