Residetape of Saint-Nazaire
The accommodations
The studios of this Résidétape offer a surface area from 20 m² to 40m². The decoration is sober and combines practicality and elegance. Carefully chosen, the furniture is multifunction and the storage areas are tailor-made to optimize your living space. We have thought about everything: tableware, bedding sheets, household appliances… All you need to do is to settle in!
At Résidétape, you pay an all-inclusive fee covering your rent as well as all utility bills (water, electricity, heating,…).
At the Saint-Nazaire residence, this fee depends on the flat type:
- From 385€ to 474€ for studios
- From 527€ to 595€ for one-bedroom flats
Depending on your situation, you will be able to apply for personalised housing benefits (French “APL”). The amount you will get depends on your income. Our flats are primarily allocated to applicants sponsored by our partners: mainly the national government, the city council, and Action Logement.

The neighbourhood, the city
The Résidétape is located in the Ville-Port district, located between the city centre and the harbour. It is renewing since the start of the 2000s. It has all the necessary amenities for your everyday life and leisure, including a cinema, a shopping centre and several museums.
The residence is a few steps away from a bus stop and a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station.
The residence
The Résidétape of Saint-Nazaire offers 115 furnished and equipped studios. A shared common space, the Open space, is at your disposal to work, study, relax or meet your neighbours. You can benefit from handy services such as a launderette opened 7 days a week, secured bicycle parking spaces and a WIFI access with a preferential rate. You also have the possibility to subscribe with a different provider.
Our staff is made of the residence manager, a staff member in charge of rental management, and a social advisor here to assist you Monday to Friday.
